Fresh-cut products are ready-to-use goods which retain the fresh characteristics of raw produce. However, numerous factors restrict the quality and shelf-life of fresh-cut products. Abstract

Fresh-cut products are ready-to-use goods which retain the fresh characteristics of raw produce. However, numerous factors restrict the quality and shelf-life of fresh-cut products.
