Participants will engage in a collaborative exploration of innovative strategies and tools aimed at fostering a more mindful and conscious engagement with digital platforms. Through shared insights and collective expertise, the workshop aims at paving the way for a healthier and more balanced relationship with technology among today's teenagers.
