A method for solving an implicit fault tolerant control problem is presented for the class of the so-called port-Hamiltonian dynamical systems. The theoretical machinery is developed in order to prove the global asymptotic stability of the presented solution obtained by using an adaptive internal model of the faults.

Abstract
