The promotion of participatory processes in initiatives such as Energy Communities (ECs) can prompt behavioral change in ecological transition. The article presents the experience conducted by the Municipality of Cesena and the University in the EN-ACTION project, which aimed to increase awareness among students and citizens about energy transition through initiatives involving various stakeholders. The first section outlines the state of the art on energy citizenship and universities in ecological transition; the methodological section illustrates the participatory approach of EN-ACTION; the third describes its results. The conclusions emphasize the centrality of active citizenship in transition and the role of the public in the shared management of energy.
La promozione di processi partecipativi in progettualità come le Comunità Energetiche (CER) può sollecitare un cambiamento comportamentale nella transizione ecologica. L’articolo presenta l’esperienza condotta dal Comune di Cesena e l’Università nel progetto EN-ACTION, che aspirava ad accrescere la consapevolezza di studenti e cittadini sulla transizione energetica, tramite iniziative con vari portatori di interesse. La prima sezione illustra lo stato dell’arte su cittadinanza energetica e università nella transizione ecologica; la sezione metodologica illustra l’approccio partecipativo di EN-ACTION; la terza descrive i suoi risultati. Le conclusioni enfatizzano la centralità della cittadinanza attiva nella transizione e del pubblico nella gestione condivisa dell’energia.
