L'uomo è antiquato? Responsabilità, tecnica e norma nella riflessione di Günther Anders

This essay aims at investigating the thought of Günther Anders by adopting a legal philosophical perspective. After providing some coordinates on the life of the author, who lived throughout the twentieth century facing profound and multiple caesuras, the reflection examines some central themes of Anders’ elaboration: the conception of responsibility as (historical, but also moral and juridical) identification, the impact of contemporary technology on human action, the problem of norms in a world dominated by the «third industrial revolution».
