This review to the book Interculturalidad, derechos de la naturaleza, paz: va- lores para un nuevo constitucionalismo, directed by F.J. Díaz Revorio and M. González Jiménez, edited by M. Ruíz Dorado and coordinated by M.A. Pacheco Rodríguez and A. Travé Valls, can be divided in two parts. In the first one, the au- thor describes and comments the contents of each chapter; in the second one, she tries to underline the relationship between the three main themes of the book (in- terculturality, Nature’s rights and peace). They can be indetified as the philosoph- ical basis of a new stage of constitutionalism and the three pillars of a new form of institutionalism, the State of buen vivir, or Caring State.
