Il senso della filosofia del diritto oggi. A partire da Norberto Bobbio

This paper aims at offering some considerations about the question “What is the sense of philosophy of law today?”. Inspired by some of Norberto Bobbio’s long-termed analyses and reflections, it focuses on the different terms of the query: the philosophy of law, its sense, today. Posing this question means to question the task of the philosophy of law, which, ac- cording to Bobbio, evokes the role of a sentinel rather than a guide. The sentinel, in fact, must listen to the approaching enemies, from wherever they come, giving the alarm before it is too late.
