Band heterotopia is a diffuse neuronal migration disorder relatively rarer than other pathological pictures of this chapter. We describe two girls with this malformation presenting epilepsy characterized by partial seizures with or without secondary generalization, generalized and drop seizures and severe mental retardation. It is important to describe another two cases to define the clinical-EEG features of this malformation.
