Epilepsy with continuous spike-waves during slow-wave sleep (CSWS) and Landau-Kleffner syndrome (LKS) are characterized by an important activation of EEG paroxysmal abnormalities during slow sleep and neuropsychological deficits. In our study we have considered 7 cases with subcontinuous/continuous spike-waves during slow-wave sleep, who didn't meet the criteria for CSWS or LKS, evaluating the related neuropsychological findings.

Abstract
Epilepsy with continuous spike-waves during slow-wave sleep (CSWS) and Landau-Kleffner syndrome (LKS) are characterized by an important activation of EEG paroxysmal abnormalities during slow sleep and neuropsychological deficits. In our study we have considered 7 cases with subcontinuous/continuous spike-waves during slow-wave sleep, who didn't meet the criteria for CSWS or LKS, evaluating the related neuropsychological findings.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
