The aim of this work is to propose and validate a semiautomatic procedure, including bone segmentation and ICPbased bone registration, for the reconstruction of bone kinematics in the foot and ankle through Weight-Bearing CT. The semi-automatic segmentation is compared to manual one and the overall accuracy of the procedure is addressed.
