This paper focuses on the impact of technologies on the legal field. Notwithstanding some relevant differences among IT and legal logics, the processes of techno-regulation and digitalization of law are going to produce deep consequences on the legal culture and its fundamental concepts. To this extent, “techno-ethics” and “soft” forms of regulation should be discussed and evaluated.
