Gurnards or triglids are marine bottom fishes that live in temperate and tropical seas. This work presents the reference on weight-length relationships of four genera and seven species, poorly discussed for the Mediterranean Sea. Samples were collected during MEDITS and GRUND trawl survey between 1982-2008 in the North-Middle Adriatic Sea. The parameters of a and b of the equation W=aLb were estimated. The b values for species, season, length, sex, obtained both in this study and some of the previously reported were compared.
