The article focuses on a comparison between Petrarch and the Persian poet Sa'di (13th century) on the theme of death, which is analyzed respectively through passages taken from the Canzoniere and the Secretum, and passages taken from the Divan and the Bustan.
L'articolo si sofferma su un confronto tra Petrarca e il poeta persiano Sa'di (XIII sec.) relativo al tema della morte, il quale viene analizzato rispettivamente attraverso passi tratti dal Canzoniere e dal Secretum, e passi tratti dal Divan e dal Bustan.
