Abstract
In the case of many Colombian cities, the foundational grid layout remained the organizing principle of the urban form until the 20th century. In the theoretical model of tower and slab it would be possible to recognize an agreement on the idea that the modern city could emerge as an extended metamorphosis of the traditional city and not against it. The circumstances in which the modern movement managed to settle in Colombia is the subject of the second article prepared especially for the magazine by a group of Colombian research architects led by professors Hugo Mondragón and Rodrigo Cortés.File in questo prodotto:
