The paper describes the on-going progress of the 4-year project currently under implementation. Pro-GET-onE is based on the assumption that greater efficiency, attractiveness and marketable renovation can only be achieved through an integrated set of technologies, in which all the different requirements (energy, structural, functional) are optimally managed. This is why the project idea is based on the unprecedented integration of different technologies to achieve a multi-benefit approach by a closer integration between energy and non-energy related benefits. The project’s focus is to combine in a unified and integrated system of pre-fabricated elements with the highest performances regarding energy requirements, structural safety and social sustainability. – This goal will be realized/reached by the introduction of innovative solutions for the building envelopes (abacus), to optimally combine the climatic, the structural and the functional aspects,; this significant energy and architectural transformation will result in a substantial increase of the real estate value of the buildings . This augmented value will be gained by the application of the inteGrated Efficient Technologies (GETs) under the overall vision of creating an innovative and attractive market in the deep renovation of existing buildings towards nZEBs.
