In this paper vibration reduction index Kij experimental measurements are presented concerning “L” and “T” junction of typical Italian brick wall partitions in dwellings. Measurements, according to EN ISO 10848 standards, are performed in a test room in which other flanking pats are suppressed. Test specimens are a double brick wall, usual partition in dwellings, and a lateral light brick wall, structurally connected. Analysis of test arrangement, of measurement procedures and results of measured vibration levels for different impact excitations are discussed
