Abstract
Benefits in the use of a Geographic Information System (G.I.S.) when a large amount of data have to be managed are nowadays widely acknowledged. The case of study hereafter presented is an example of a multidisciplinary approach to the understanding of ground deformation phenomena in the city of Tuzla (BiH) by the use of data provided by ground (geodetic) surveys and GIS-based analysis. Located in the northeastern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Fig. 1), Tuzla represents a famous industrial centre for salt springs and deposits known since the Roman age.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
