La classificazione degli ordinamenti giuridici nel diritto pubblico comparato: sei domande per una meta-ricerca sull’autonomia di una scienza e alcune riflessioni sulla dottrina delle forme di Stato

The author illustrates the methodology by which it was carried out a sur- vey on the state of development of Comparative Public Law as an autonomous science in some European Countries, both as an independent field of research and as a subject-matter in graduate and postgraduate degree programs, giving a critical reading of the results. Then, the author proposes some reflections on the category of «form of State», used preferentially by comparative public le- gal doctrine, instead of, or aside, the classification between legal families or sys- tems.
