The Young-Feynman two-slit experiment for electrons has been carried out by inserting in a conventional transmission electron microscope two nanometric slits and a fast recording system able to measure the electron arrival time. Using a dedicated dector it has been possible to measure for the first time, in a two-slit experiment, the distribution of the arrival of single electrons.

Abstract
The Young-Feynman two-slit experiment for electrons has been carried out by inserting in a conventional transmission electron microscope two nanometric slits and a fast recording system able to measure the electron arrival time. Using a dedicated dector it has been possible to measure for the first time, in a two-slit experiment, the distribution of the arrival of single electrons.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
