Il triplice spirito degli stereotipi di genere

In this work a proposal will be advanced for the reorganisation/regrouping of the various representational, regulatory and narrative sources of women’s discrimination, starting from models and stereotypes. To this purpose, we will try to see how the classic categories (natural law, legal positivism, and legal realism) that legal philosophy usually adopts to interpret the essence and the sources of legal phenomena could be used for categorising the different factors that legitimise the different treatment of women, and for grouping them into sets of elements with similar roots and justifying effects.
