In the present case we are going to extend the baseline case on Macron evaluation after considering a strong emphasis on a marketing strategy aiming to emphasize the role of B2C and B2B2C market. To reduce payment’s day and improve liquidity needs, Macron decided to push stronger on a marketing strategy aiming to approach a much wider number of customers. We are going to show that the incremental value of the company derived from a strong impact on the value of the company derived from a marketing strategy aimed to lead the company towards a more retail-market based business. this perspective, the present case should be considered as the valuation of the company under the ‘standalone’ assumption.
