The presentation of the first carpological data from the study of four sites of the Middle and Recent Bronze Age is the aim of this dissertation. All the sites, even those of preventive archaeology, are characterized by multidisciplinary projects that have been started for the overall understanding of the settlements and their territory. The analysis of the state of agriculture and cereal cultivation, in particular, are the aim of this project.
