This paper explores the concept of flexibility in arbitration. Flexibility is defined in two ways: “internal” flexibility, which allows arbitration to adapt to specific disputes, and “external” flexibility, which enables it to evolve with societal and technological changes. The paper discusses how arbitration can balance the “iron triangle” of project management — costs, time, and quality — through creative and adaptive strategies. Technological tools and artificial intelligence are high lighted as key elements in enhancing procedural efficiency and adaptability. However, the importance of maintaining data security and confidentiality is emphasized. The future of arbitration is seen as increasingly incorporating inno vations, thus presenting new challenges and opportunities.

Abstract
This paper explores the concept of flexibility in arbitration. Flexibility is defined in two ways: “internal” flexibility, which allows arbitration to adapt to specific disputes, and “external” flexibility, which enables it to evolve with societal and technological changes. The paper discusses how arbitration can balance the “iron triangle” of project management — costs, time, and quality — through creative and adaptive strategies. Technological tools and artificial intelligence are high lighted as key elements in enhancing procedural efficiency and adaptability. However, the importance of maintaining data security and confidentiality is emphasized. The future of arbitration is seen as increasingly incorporating inno vations, thus presenting new challenges and opportunities.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
