Julio Pascual, grille manufacturer from Toledo, was one of the makers who took part in the decoration of the Casa de Cervantes from the Royal College of Spain in Bologna. His creations in wrought iron played an important role in the project conceived by the rector Carrasco, who kept a close relationship with Pascual in order to obtain those works which better suited his conception of the House of Cervantes.
