This viewpoint article addresses the management of asymptomatic flatfoot, advocating for a conservative approach based on current evidence and clinical practice. Flatfoot, particularly in children, is often a source of concern for parents and clinicians due to misconceptions about its long-term impact. However, my article highlights the natural resolution of this condition and emphasizes the importance of proper footwear and physical activity over orthotic interventions or surgical procedures. The article also discusses the challenges of adherence to structured exercise programs and the benefits of integrating enjoyable physical activities into daily routines.

Abstract
This viewpoint article addresses the management of asymptomatic flatfoot, advocating for a conservative approach based on current evidence and clinical practice. Flatfoot, particularly in children, is often a source of concern for parents and clinicians due to misconceptions about its long-term impact. However, my article highlights the natural resolution of this condition and emphasizes the importance of proper footwear and physical activity over orthotic interventions or surgical procedures. The article also discusses the challenges of adherence to structured exercise programs and the benefits of integrating enjoyable physical activities into daily routines.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
