The article presents a literature review on the main legal solutions in the economic and political fields adopted by the ECFR to solve the problems of Islamic minorities to adapt and integrate in European countries. Through the collection and analysis of le-gal solutions provided by the ECFR based on the fiqh of minorities, a legal doctrine originated and elaborated by Muslim jurists since the 1990s, the legal solutions, the legal reflections around them and their reception by the population are investigated. A theoretical discussion is presented around several legal opinions, from the possibility of obtaining a mortgage to participation in political elections, which attempt to meet the needs of the European Islamic minority. From the analysis, a fragmented picture emerges, between discordant theoretical interpretations and articulated social recep-tions, but also a substantial tendency to construct a permanent and recognised Islam, oriented towards adapting to the Western context by breaking free from the value and normative system of the Islamic legal tradition.

Abstract
From the analysis, a fragmented picture emerges, between discordant theoretical interpretations and articulated social recep-tions, but also a substantial tendency to construct a permanent and recognised Islam, oriented towards adapting to the Western context by breaking free from the value and normative system of the Islamic legal tradition.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
