Abstract
The profound changes that have occurred in recent years require an ethical rethinking of firm views and governance methods more orientated to the fraternity. To understand how it is possible to start thinking about this topic, this work reflects on the relationships that can be highlighted between the stakeholder theory(ies), which is often applied to firms, about an economic and business practice, which is also widespread throughout the world and It also gives rise to some innovative suggestions on corporate governance to contribute to defining a new firm view. The paper wants to answer the research question: What are the common aspects and specificities between the stakeholder theory(ies) and the Economy of Communion (EoC) in dialogue? the research design develops the reflections through an initial presentation of the theory of stakeholders in the aspects that most concern the ethical basis underlying it.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
