This paper explores the drucebo effect within chiropractic care, a phenomenon where patient expectations enhance treatment outcomes. Chiropractic, focusing on musculoskeletal issues, particularly of the spine, involves significant patient-practitioner interactions. By strategically managing patient expectations and communication, chiropractors can significantly improve therapeutic experiences and outcomes. Evidence suggests that positive expectations influence health benefits, such as pain relief and increased satisfaction. We recommend integrating expectation management into treatment plans through effective communication, patient education, and goal setting. This study highlights the potential of leveraging the drucebo effect to elevate chiropractic practice and patient care quality.

Abstract
This paper explores the drucebo effect within chiropractic care, a phenomenon where patient expectations enhance treatment outcomes. Chiropractic, focusing on musculoskeletal issues, particularly of the spine, involves significant patient-practitioner interactions. By strategically managing patient expectations and communication, chiropractors can significantly improve therapeutic experiences and outcomes. Evidence suggests that positive expectations influence health benefits, such as pain relief and increased satisfaction. We recommend integrating expectation management into treatment plans through effective communication, patient education, and goal setting. This study highlights the potential of leveraging the drucebo effect to elevate chiropractic practice and patient care quality.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
