La riforma Cartabia dell’ordinamento giudiziario. Le modifiche già entrate in vigore e quelle attese.

The article focuses on the “Cartabia reform” of the judiciary, analysing the innovations alredy introduced and those expected. Although the issues addressed are of utmost importance, the reform does not seem to significantly tackle the existing critical issues, nor, according to the judiciary, will it improve the quality of justice. It is, however, too early to draw conclusions. Inded, it is up to the Superior council of the magistracy to prove its ability to efficiently and effectively manage the judiciary.
