The roman villa in Castellito (Catania, Sicily) is located in north-eastern side of Ramacca territory. The ar- chaeological site has been excavated in the ’80s and it’s the wealthiest roman villa in western edge of Catania plain. The paper aims to present the results from the intensive archaeological surveys conducted in 2009. The research program included the collection of legacy data (archival and bibliographic sources). The results of the topographic campaign have been joined to the legacy data in a GIS platform. The graphic detection, using several software and techniques, allowed the tridimensional reconstruction of the roman villa, useful for the functional analysis of the identified rooms. The study of the building technique, construction phases and material culture allowed the chronological reconstruction of the archaeological site.
