This paper illustrates a training research project (Asquini, 2018; Balduzzi, Lazzari, 2018) currently underway in the Centers for Children and Families (CCF) of the Municipality of Modena, which have been questioning the new needs of families-perceived to be different after the pandemic (Farné, Baluzzi, 2021). The aim is to make educational settings increasingly inclusive and accessible, espe-cially for families in vulnerable conditions. Educators, pedagogical coordinators and educational managers, assisted by the ECEC research group of Bologna, decided to devote a two-year period to reflecting on integrative services, through moments of confrontation, training and implementation of micro-experiments.
