In the law n. 206/2023 (on made in Italy) culture and cultural heritage have an important role. The paper investigates the reasons (culture as a factor of national identity and social and economic growth) and illustrates the provisions dictated in this regard. Finally, it considers the effects of the law on the regulation of cultural heritage and the role of the ministry of Culture.
