Il saggio nel ripercorrere – con l’ausilio di note bibliografiche – la relazione svolta in occasione del Convegno “L’Assicurazione nello Sport” (Firenze 6 ottobre 2023) affronta le principali tematiche riguardanti i rapporti tra contratto di assicurazione ed attività sportiva, anche alla luce della recente Riforma del diritto sportivo, recata dal d.lgs. 28.2.2021, n. 36.
