Sicurezza integrata e libertà religiosa

The essay problematically addresses the legal relations between integrated security (as defined by d.l. no. 14/2017) and religious freedom, with particular reference to the most recent dynamics that have characterised the multicultural transformation of Italian society. Specific attention is given, in this sense, to the most recent jurisprudence, constitutional and of legitimacy, not without uncertainties and oscillations.

Il saggio affronta problematicamente i rapporti tra sicurezza integrata (come definita dal d.l. n. 14 del 2017) e libertà religiosa, con particolare riferimento alle più recenti dinamiche che hanno caratterizzato la trasformazione in senso multiculturale della società italiana. Specifica attenzione è data, in questo senso, alla più recente giurisprudenza, costituzionale e di legittimità, non priva di incertezze e oscillazioni.
