The decision of the united sections conforms to a reading in progress affirming the determination of the competent court in disputes concerning the ranking of circle and institute for teaching staff and not, allowing, in comment, to retrace the doctrinal debate and, above all, jurisprudence on the matter developed in the last twenty years.
La pronuncia delle sezioni unite si conforma ad una lettura in via di affermazione in ordine alla determinazione del giudice competente nelle controversie concernenti le graduatorie di circolo e istituto per personale docente e non, consentendo, in commento, di ripercorrere il dibattito dottrinale e, soprattutto, giurisprudenziale in materia sviluppatosi nell’ultimo ventennio.
