In this paper we are reviewing three simple plant models: wheat germination, wheat seedling growth, infected tobacco plants. We describe the statistical tools applied in each model, giving a sketch of the main results. The homeopathic treatment used was arsenic trioxide at the 45-th decimal potency, and Poisson distribution has an essential role when dealing with germination experiments. Finally, we describe some results related to changes in variability.
