Abstract

Background Children with cerebral palsy often have gait abnormalities that can affect their daily activities. Insoles have been used as a treatment option to improve walking in children with cerebral palsy, but their efficacy remains uncertain. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of postural insoles with corrective elements on gait parameters in children with cerebral palsy.
