Starting with the encounter of European colonizers with the ancient Sanskrit literature, India has been perceived in the West as the country possibly closer to steal from Greece the role as cradle of philosophy. But the question on the effects of modern Western philosophy on Indian philosophy is still unespressed from our point of view. We can learn something more from a recent study on the so-called "Indian philosophical Renaissance".

Abstract
Starting with the encounter of European colonizers with the ancient Sanskrit literature, India has been perceived in the West as the country possibly closer to steal from Greece the role as cradle of philosophy. We can learn something more from a recent study on the so-called "Indian philosophical Renaissance".File in questo prodotto:
