Presentación

This is the Introduction to the book that aims to pay homage to Félix San Vicente Santiago on the occasion of his retirement as Professor of Spanish Language at an Italian university. The two volumes of this publication bring together a miscellany of "works", a term to which we resort, even though we know that our honoree dislikes it as a synonym for "scientific article", precisely because not all of them are essays.

Questa è l'Introduzione al libro che vuole rendere omaggio a Félix San Vicente Santiago in occasione del suo pensionamento come professore di Lingua Spagnola presso l'università italiana. I due volumi di questa pubblicazione raccolgono una miscellanea di "lavori", termine al quale ricorriamo, pur sapendo che il nostro ospite d'onore non lo gradisce come sinonimo di "articolo scientifico", proprio perché non tutte sono saggi.
