This proposal presents a smartphone App aiming to improve human well-being when using digital Applications. Based on nudge theory, the Waitasec App aims to change human dysfunctional behaviors activated using specific Digital Applications, such as Social Networking Systems. This proposal presents the trial study of the App with 13 participants asked to use the Waitasec App to analyze and improve its usability, usefulness, and users’ satisfaction. The procedure is based on the WHO5 (World Health Organization-Five) and the CUS (Compulsive Internet Use Scale), to assess participants Wellbeing and Compulsive Use of the Internet, the Wammi test to analyze usability of the project's landing page, and the QUIS questionnaire to analyze the user interface satisfaction. Data collection is ongoing and will finish by June 2023
