Kinesthetic experience and bodily narrative are at the heart of the "Eve 3.0" mixed reality (XR) artistic proposition, and form the starting point for observing the reception by the participating audience. The dancing body shows the experience of inhabiting the present and at the same time representing a two-dimensional state where the present is juxtaposed with a lived time, which belongs to the virtual reality (VR) narrative. In this article, we wish to briefly explain the design and technical structure of the "Eve 3.0" device, the methodological approach to collecting audience reactions after the example of the prototype staging, which took place on April 13, 2022 at the Recto VRso Festival in Laval (France), and thus reach conclusions about the role of the kinesthetic experience of contemporary dance in the narrative reception in virtual reality by the participating audience.

Abstract
Kinesthetic experience and bodily narrative are at the heart of the "Eve 3.0" mixed reality (XR) artistic proposition, and form the starting point for observing the reception by the participating audience. The dancing body shows the experience of inhabiting the present and at the same time representing a two-dimensional state where the present is juxtaposed with a lived time, which belongs to the virtual reality (VR) narrative. In this article, we wish to briefly explain the design and technical structure of the "Eve 3.0" device, the methodological approach to collecting audience reactions after the example of the prototype staging, which took place on April 13, 2022 at the Recto VRso Festival in Laval (France), and thus reach conclusions about the role of the kinesthetic experience of contemporary dance in the narrative reception in virtual reality by the participating audience.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
