This article presents the Urban Lighting and Health multiscale Platform developed by ENLIGHTENme, which comprises three interconnected levels. Firstly, the ENLIGHTENme Atlas serves as a comprehensive repository of evidence-based information and best practices pertaining to urban lighting for health and well-being. Secondly, the platform includes City-level Urban Lighting and Health Maps that establish correlations and dependencies between socio-economic determinants, urban/lighting patterns, satellite-based lighting data, and indicators of population health status and mental well-being for three pilot cities: Bologna, Amsterdam, and Tartu. Lastly, the platform incorporates a District-level multiscale 3D urban model that offers a detailed representation of the target districts where innovative lighting interventions will be implemented. In addition, the definition of a common operational language has been presented. It consists in an exhaustive list of the most relevant concepts and related definitions aiming at achieving a better integration and understanging among the numerous disciplines involved in the project.
