The article presents the first critical edition of the well-known Passio Marii, Marthae, Audifacis et Abacuc (BHL 5543), previously published only in the Acta Sanctorum. The edition is accompanied by a study of the transmission of the text, philological and historical notes, and an introduction that redefines the literary status of the work, framing it as a hagio-martyrial form of the itineraria genre.
