Le glosse alla Fisica e alla Metafisica aristoteliche nei manoscritti di Santa Croce (XIII-XV sec.)

The aim of this article is to analyse the main marginal glosses found in some manuscripts on Aristotelian natural philosophy (concerning, in particular, Physics and Metaphysics) which belong to the medieval and late medieval collection of the library of the Franciscan convent of Santa Croce in Florence. on the one hand, I will try to shed light on the study of the Aristotelian natural philosophy in the Franciscan con- vent and, on the other, I will present some of the most interesting glosses, including a commentary on Metaphysica vetus. With regard to the latter, I will propose new arguments to reject its attribution to Adam of Buckfield.
