According to Bologna process the role of Universities in local economic development is central. This implies that beside to didactical and research activities it has territorial connections with local system of stakeholders, mainly represented by institutions and enterprises. Within this approach the paper analyses the integrated system of evaluation and control of Universities and the relationships between the dimension represented in the local system big or small enteprise and the demand of skills that Universities have to prepare in students.
