This study presents an educational dance project carried out during the DAD caused by the COVID19 lockdown. The educational action, included in the online school activities, verified the effects on the levels of self-efficacy and enjoyment, of a fifth grade elementary school children. The contents, proposed through video-links, have engaged children and parents in a fun and interesting path showing positive effects on the variables studied. The project, monitored with standardized instruments, has highlighted the importance of expressive-body activities in a period in which the long-distance relationship between school and students had put a strain on the daily life of children and lowered their levels of sensory-motor and emotional involvement.
