This paper deals with the electrochemical doping of poly(p-phenylene sulfide) in concentrated sulfuric acid. Cyclic voltammetry curves, as well as cyclic voltabsorptiometry curves and electronic spectra at different values of injected charge, are reported. The electronic spectra are discussed in relation to those of chemically-doped pPPS. © 1992.
