The article presents and analyses under a sociological perspective two phenomena related to digitalization and health. The first one si the polysocial score, that is possibility to identify and quantified the weight of social determinants for the health of individuals. The second one is the shift towards behavioral-based insurance, that is insurance based on the lifestyles of the individual. The article shows the problems in terms of social justice with these kind of development in public health
