Usually collecting data regarding software requires a lot of time and effort. Moreover, these data are often unusable because are affected by too many errors especially when these measurements are most important: during high stressing periods, as instance because of an approaching important deadline. An automated tool to collect such data in a noninvasive way should partially solve the problem allowing teams to understand better how to improve their work. This paper presents PROM (PRO Metrics), an automated tool for collecting and analyzing software metrics and personal software process (PSP) data.

Abstract
Usually collecting data regarding software requires a lot of time and effort. Moreover, these data are often unusable because are affected by too many errors especially when these measurements are most important: during high stressing periods, as instance because of an approaching important deadline. An automated tool to collect such data in a noninvasive way should partially solve the problem allowing teams to understand better how to improve their work. This paper presents PROM (PRO Metrics), an automated tool for collecting and analyzing software metrics and personal software process (PSP) data.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
