Some ultrastructural features of Chenopodium amaranticolor Coste et Reyn. leaves infected with "106/8" SLRV strain from grapevine were studied. Besides typical tubules containing SLRV particles numerous viral crystalline aggregates and some empty viral capsides were found. These viral aggregates are a new report for SLRV ultrastrueture even though they were rarely observed for other nepoviruses.

Abstract
Some ultrastructural features of Chenopodium amaranticolor Coste et Reyn. leaves infected with "106/8" SLRV strain from grapevine were studied. Besides typical tubules containing SLRV particles numerous viral crystalline aggregates and some empty viral capsides were found. These viral aggregates are a new report for SLRV ultrastrueture even though they were rarely observed for other nepoviruses.File in questo prodotto:
